Agenda

A half-day, intentionally designed for senior leaders.

The afternoon includes a keynote and executive panel, followed by small, curated roundtables where leaders can go deeper on the challenges they’re actively navigating. The experience closes with a supper-club-style dinner, allowing meaningful conversations to continue in a relaxed, intimate setting.

  • 1:00 PM – Arrival & welcome refreshments

  • 1:50 PM – Fireside chat: β€œStop Saying Post-Sales: Does the CCO role survive the shift to revenue?”

    • Speakers:

      • Amy Hsuan, CCO, Miro

      • Sangeeta Chakraborty, CRO, Amagi

    • What we’ll cover: The language and metrics we've inherited in CS no longer match how the business works. CS is being pulled into revenue, "post-sales" implies a handoff customers never experience, and "keeping customers happy" was never the real job. A sitting CCO (Miro) and a CRO who used to run CS (Amagi) open At The Top SF with the conversation every CS and Revenue leader should be in - covering the "post-sales" problem, happiness vs. value, and whether the CCO role survives.

  • 3:00 PM – Leadership Panel & Q&A: β€œMerged, Automated, Amplified - Rebuilding the Post-Sales Org for the AI Economy”

    • Speakers:

      • Sasha Anderson, Global Head of CX, Canva

      • Ozge Tuncel Ozgan, CRO, Forter

      • Emily Haahr, CCO, Plaid

      • Christine Hou, SVP Revenue Operations, Samsara

    • What we’ll cover: When customers pay for outcomes, post-sales stops being a cost center and becomes a core revenue engine - and the org chart, the roles, and the role of AI all get rewritten. Four leaders running post-sales and revenue at scale (Canva, Forter, Plaid, Samsara) on the new roles emerging, whether sales and post-sales should merge, and how they're using AI to amplify their teams while measuring ROI and protecting customer trust.

  • 4:15 PM – Closed Room Roundtables (pre-seated small group discussions facilitated by a CS/Revenue Leader) on topics including

    • The CSM of 2027: outcome architect, not product expert

    • How to decide what your agents do and what your people keep

    • How to grow retention without growing the team

    • How to prove CS value when the AI can't prove its own

    • The end of the seat: what CS looks like after SaaS

    • How to onboard, adopt and retain when your end user is an agent

    • How to rebuild the post-sales team for a hybrid human-plus-agent org

    • How to win the renewal when the competitor is AI-native

    • How to run support when the agent handles 80% of tickets

    • Fix the data first: how to make AI work on the CRM you actually have

  • 5:40 PM – Speed networking hour (Three 20-minute rotations at hosted tables, each built around a topic the host has chosen. Pick the conversations you're most keen on and move between them as we call time.)

  • 7:05 PM – Banquet Style Dinner

  • 8:05 PM – Dessert bar & drinks in the outside lounge

  • 8:30 PM – Event Ends

What previous attendees said

β€œWoCS consistently curates leaders who take client success seriously and create space for real conversation…It was one of the few leadership events I’ve attended where the energy stayed focused on learning, exchanging ideas, and building genuine connections - without any pitching.”

Aria Began, VP Customer Success, Madhive

β€œYou put on a wonderful event. I have heard multiple comments from vendors and attendees that went back to their teams and said great things about the venue, the content, the networking and the fact that everyone was engaged and not on their phones!"

Cameron Marijosius, Chief Customer Officer, Omnigo

β€œThis was an incredible event that far exceeded my expectations. The format of the fireside chats and panels made the conversations feel unrehearsed (in the best way) and authentic, it was easy to stay engaged and the questions from the audience were a great balance. Will definitely be back next year and recommend it to others!”

Brooke Candee, Director of Renewal Sales, Cloudflare
