The afternoon includes a keynote and executive panel, followed by small, curated roundtables where leaders can go deeper on the challenges they’re actively navigating. The experience closes with a supper-club-style dinner, allowing meaningful conversations to continue in a relaxed, intimate setting.

CS is being pulled into revenue, "post-sales" implies a handoff customers never experience, and "keeping customers happy" was never the real job. A sitting CCO (Miro) and a CRO who used to run CS (Amagi) open At The Top SF with the conversation every CS and Revenue leader should be in - covering the "post-sales" problem, happiness vs. value, and whether the CCO role survives.

Four leaders running post-sales and revenue at scale (Canva, Forter, Plaid, Samsara) on the new roles emerging, whether sales and post-sales should merge, and how they're using AI to amplify their teams while measuring ROI and protecting customer trust.
