Agenda

A half-day, intentionally designed for senior leaders.

The afternoon includes a keynote and executive panel, followed by small, curated roundtables where leaders can go deeper on the challenges they’re actively navigating. The experience closes with a supper-club-style dinner, allowing meaningful conversations to continue in a relaxed, intimate setting.

  • 1:00 PM – Arrival & welcome refreshments

  • 2:00 PM – Fireside chat: “Stop Saying Post-Sales: Does the CCO role survive the shift to revenue?”

    • Speakers:

      • Amy Hsuan, CCO, Miro

      • Sangeeta Chakraborty, CRO, Amagi

    • What we’ll cover: The language and metrics we've inherited in CS no longer match how the business works. CS is being pulled into revenue, "post-sales" implies a handoff customers never experience, and "keeping customers happy" was never the real job. A sitting CCO (Miro) and a CRO who used to run CS (Amagi) open At The Top SF with the conversation every CS and Revenue leader should be in - covering the "post-sales" problem, happiness vs. value, and whether the CCO role survives.

  • 2:45 PM – Leadership Panel & Q&A: “Merged, Automated, Amplified - Rebuilding the Post-Sales Org for the AI Economy”

    • Speakers:

      • Sasha Anderson, Global Head of CX, Canva

      • Emily Haahr, CCO, Plaid

      • Janeen France, CCO, Addepar

      • Christine Hou, SVP Revenue Operations, Samsara

    • What we’ll cover: When customers pay for outcomes, post-sales stops being a cost center and becomes a core revenue engine - and the org chart, the roles, and the role of AI all get rewritten. Four leaders running post-sales and revenue at scale (Canva, Forter, Plaid, Samsara) on the new roles emerging, whether sales and post-sales should merge, and how they're using AI to amplify their teams while measuring ROI and protecting customer trust.

  • 4:00 PM – 5:45PM Closed Room Roundtables (pre-seated small group discussions facilitated by a CS/Revenue Leader) on topics including

    • One Company, Ten Versions of the Truth: What breaks when sales, CS and support each run their own AI tools and “sources of truth”, and whether one governed knowledge layer is realistic.

    • Scaling retention without adding headcount: Which motions (community, education, in-app, email, pooled coverage) keep customers and grow adoption in an AI-first world when budgets are flat.

    • Support and CS under one roof: agents as first responders, what moves next, who owns the customer: With AI handling first response, what work moves to humans, how support, CS and TAM split responsibilities, and who owns the customer.

    • Inside the Customer Journey: Teams, Handoffs, and Where Automation Fits: Comparing how teams map the journey from signed contract to value, where handoffs lose context, and what’s manual versus ready to automate.

    • Who renews the long tail? AI agents and the low-touch book: How teams decide which accounts get a human and which get an AI agent, how much pricing authority an agent should have, and who owns the number.

    • CS engineers, FDEs and solutions roles: what they do, when you need one, and how AI is changing the job: What each technical post-sales role actually does, when a team needs one, how to hire and title them, and how customer-facing AI changes what they own.

    • Leading at scale without becoming the bottleneck: Once your org outgrows what you can personally touch, how to design how the team runs, coach without micromanaging, and decide what to systematize or hand to AI.

    • Getting an AI initiative to stick: adoption, maintenance, governance: Each person brings one AI rollout that worked or stalled, and the table digs into what made adoption stick, who maintains it after launch, and how it’s governed.

  • 6:00- 6:45PM – Speed networking (Three rotations at hosted tables, each built around a topic the host has chosen. Pick the conversations you're most keen on and move between them as we call time.)

  • 6:45 PM – 8:30PM - Banquet Style Dinner

FIRESIDE CHAT HOST

What previous attendees said

“WoCS consistently curates leaders who take client success seriously and create space for real conversation…It was one of the few leadership events I’ve attended where the energy stayed focused on learning, exchanging ideas, and building genuine connections - without any pitching.”

Aria Began, VP Customer Success, Madhive

“You put on a wonderful event. I have heard multiple comments from vendors and attendees that went back to their teams and said great things about the venue, the content, the networking and the fact that everyone was engaged and not on their phones!"

Cameron Marijosius, Chief Customer Officer, Omnigo

“This was an incredible event that far exceeded my expectations. The format of the fireside chats and panels made the conversations feel unrehearsed (in the best way) and authentic, it was easy to stay engaged and the questions from the audience were a great balance. Will definitely be back next year and recommend it to others!”

Brooke Candee, Director of Renewal Sales, Cloudflare
