Women of Customer Success Membership Terms

These terms apply to paid membership of Women of Customer Success, operated by Women of Customer Success, LLC. By applying for membership you agree to them.

Applying
Membership is by application. When you apply, you choose a tier, provide your details, and enter a payment card. Your card is saved but not charged at that point. We review applications by hand and aim to respond within five business days.
If we approve your application, your membership starts on the date of approval and your card is charged the fee for your tier on that date. If we decline your application, your card is not charged and your payment details are deleted. We may decline any application at our discretion.

Tiers and eligibility
The Lounge is for people currently in post-sales roles, from individual contributor through senior manager. The Leadership Table is for people at Director level and above who lead a customer success, customer experience, account management, revenue, or post-sales team.
If you are eligible for The Leadership Table, you may choose to join The Lounge instead. The reverse does not apply: The Leadership Table is only open to people who meet its eligibility criteria.
If you apply for a tier you are not eligible for, we will contact you before making any change. We will not charge you for a different tier unless you confirm the change by email.

Fees and renewal
Membership is billed either quarterly or annually, depending on the option you chose. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your saved card is charged the same fee, until you cancel. For annual memberships, we will email you before the renewal date.
Founding members keep their founding rate for as long as their membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the rate in force at that time applies.

Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing [membership email] or through the billing portal link in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not refund fees for the current period. [Optional: If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full.]

What membership includes
Your tier's benefits are described on the membership page at the time you join. Membership is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred. Recordings, materials and discussions from members-only sessions and channels are for members and are not to be shared outside the community.

Conduct
Members agree to the community guidelines shared on joining. We may suspend or end a membership for conduct that breaches them, without a refund of fees already paid.

Changes
We may update these terms or the membership benefits. We will give notice of material changes by email, and continued membership after the effective date means you accept them.
